Enrollment Procedures

Incoming Freshmen
1. Proceed to the Dean's Office of the department/program you want to enroll in, for interview. Present the credentials required for admission.
2. Proceed to the Cashier's Office for payment of fee for the English ProficiencyTest.
3. Present your receipt for payment for English Proficiency Test to the Guidance Office and get your schedule for the examination.
4. For students enrolling in programs with qualifiying exams, proceed to the Dean's Office for the entrance examination.
5. Secure for a certificate of enrollment from the NSTP office.
6. Proceed to the Registrar's Office to secure the Registration Form upon submission of your admission credentials and the result of th English Proficiency Test,
qualifying exams and NSTP enrolment form.
7. Proceed the Dean's Office for your subject and schedule of classes. After filling up completely the Registration Form, go to the Dean or his official or authorized
representative for approval of subject load.
8. Proceed to the SPS - Student Affairs Office and fill up a student form (new and old students)
9. Go back to the Registrar's Office for encoding of subjects, verification and final approval of load.
10. Proceed to the Account's Office for assessment of fees.
11. Go to the Cashier's Office for Payment. Remember pay only to the Cashier/Teller and not to anybody. The cashier/teller is the only authorized person to collect fees.(Note: A fine of 1% daily will be imposed for late registration and late payment.)
12. Proceed to the Registrar's Office. Present your Student Copy of the Registration Card with your 11/2 ID picture clipped together with your receipt of payment for the issuance of classcards.(Note: School's ID may be claimed at the Dean's Office two weeks after classes have started. If ID is not yet available, present your student's copy of the Registration Form to the security guard when entering the campus. This is also shown to the teachers.)
13. Proceed to the Library for your Library ID. Bring with you one copy of your 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 ID picture and fill up the ID application form.
14. After enrolment, proceed to the Guidance Office for a copy of your Student handbook. (For Freshmen and Transferees only)
 
 
Freshmen Students
1. Proceed to the DEAN'S OFFICE of the department/program you want to enroll in for interview. Present the credentials required for admission.
2. Proceed to the ACCOUNT'S OFFICE for the payment of fee for the English Proficiency Test.
3. Present your receipt of payment for the English Proficiency Test to the Guidance Office and get your schedule for the examination.
4. For the students enrolling in programs with qualifying exams, proceed to the Dean's Office for the entrance examination.
5. Proceed to the SPS office for your Bio Data.
6. Secure a certificate of enrollment from the NSTP office (or get the same from the Military Science Office if the student options to take the Military Science Program.
7. Proceed to the Registrar's Office and secure Registration Form. Submit your admission credentials and the result of the English Proficiency Test, qualifying exams and present the NSTP certificate of enrollment.
8. Proceed to the Dean's Office for your subjects and schedule of classes. After filling up completely the Registration Form, go to the Dean or his/her officials or
authorized representatives for initial approval of subject load.
9. Go back to the Registrar's Office for encoding of subjects, verification and final approval of subject load.
10. Proceed to the Account's Office for assessment of fees.
11. Go to the Cashier's Office for payment.
12. Go back to the Registrar's Office for the issuance of Class Cards and the computerized encoded subjects.
 
 
Old Students 
1. Students who have not yet finished the required NSTP program must secure a certificate of enrollment form the NSTP office.
2. Proceed to the Registrar's Office to secure your registration Card upon presenting your School ID, and clearance during the preceding period.
3. (Follow steps 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 for enrollment of new students.
 
 
Transferees
1. Follow steps 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 for enrolmment of new students (Freshmen) 

Only for those transferees who have not yet finished the required NSTP  program.
