General Requirements for Admission
Saint Ferdinand College generally adheres to the open admission policy for enrolling in SFC except in the colleges or departments with board examinations.
The school reserved the right to refuse admission of students due to poor performance, involvement in activities contrary to SFC's mission/vision, rules and policies and lack of required credentials.
The following are the general requirements for admission:
Incoming Freshmen
- Original copy og the Report Card (Form 138A)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Result of qualifying exams and the English Proficiency Test required by the schooland/or the college where one intends to enroll.
- Interview with the Dean concerned
- 5 pcs. 2x2 colored ID with white background for the Dean's Office, Librarian,Guidance Office and Registrar's Office and SPS Office.
- Birth Certificate
- Window-stamped letter envelop with the complete name and address of parents/guardian to whom the final rating card will be sent.
- Marriage certificate (photocopy if married)
Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal from the School last attended
- True Copy of Grades (TOR)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Interview with the Dean concerned
- 2 pcs. 2x2 and 2 pcs. 1x1 colored ID with white background.
- Birth Certificate
- Window-stamped letter envelop with the complete name and address of parents/guardian to whom the final rating card will be sent.
Cross Enrollees
- Permit to cross enroll from the Mother School indicating the subjects to be taken.
Graduate School
- For graduate studies, a Graduate Program Entrance Examination is taken and apersonal interview with the applicant is conducted by the GraduateProgram Coordinator and/or the College Dean.
