Payment of Tuition and Other Fees

 

1.
Schedule of School fees are published and posted on the bulletin board during enrollment period by the Account's Office.
2.
Any member of the faculty, administration, and other personnel are NOT allowed to collect money from the students. All monetary transaction are done at the Cashier's Office.
3.
School fees may be paid in full or in installments. For payment made on installment basis, all miscellaneous fees are paid in full upon enrollment plus 50% of the total current amount of tuition fees. The remaining balance is payable in three (3) equal installments: on or before the prelim, midterm, and final examination days.
4.
Payments in checks are acceptable on a case-to-case basis.

Withdrawal/Refund and Dropping

 

The following rates apply to the total withdrawal from classes and droppingof all subjectsenrolled in for the semester.
1.
First week from the start of classes, the student is entitled to a refund of total amount paid minus the registration fee.
2.
Within two weeks from the start of classes, the student is entitled to a refund with a 20% charge based on the tuition fee or paid tuition fee collectible for the prelim period.
3.
After three weeks from start of classes, the student shall not be entitled to any refund and need not pay his remaining account balance for that semester.
The rules for dropping of subject/s are:
1.
For subjects formally dropped during the Prelim period, the student is not entitled to any refund and need not pay the tuition fee balance for the subject(s) dropped if paid in installment.
2.
For subjects dropped after Prelims, the student is not entitled to any refund and must pay the entire tuition fee for the subject(s) that are not officially dropped.
3.
The fees for subject(s) which is/are unofficially dropped are to be paid in full. A failing grade is given to the subject(s).
3.
Dropping of subject(s) is official only after the following persons have been informed in writing using the prescribed form. Dropping is approved at the start of classes until the end of the prelims, or at other times during the semester for reasonable case:
