Objectives
 
The over-all vision of St. Ferdinand College particularly the Elementary Department, in the improvement of the quality human life within its jurisdiction, is to form a community working towards self-realization and to contribute effectively to the development of the Filipino within the limits of its resources The main concern of the institution is the pupils, that they may become better persons. To achieve this, the school process shall be equipped with the readiness to respond to truth, beauty and goodness, and also to manifest critical thinking. Cooperation of administration , faculty and staff, parents and community shall present to achieve the goals of St. Ferdinand College.

Specifically, the elementary department aims to:

Inculcate in the pupils true values and attitude in order to responsible Christians;

To cultivate in the pupils thorough understanding of Catholic Doctrine and Catholic Principles for a stronger and closer relationship;
bullet
To provide in the pupils high standards of academic training to enable them to develop their intellectual abilities to the highest degree.; and
bullet
To provide relevant education and be aware of human issues and recognize God's presence in the daily events and experience in life.

Actively participate in the liturgy and other para-liturgical activities at all times;

Proud of being Filipino and have sense of identity, pride and belongingness to the society, his country and his culture, thus, acquire the "maka-Diyos, Makabayan, Makatao" Values;

Always aware of what is good and bad and tries to act accordingy; and
bullet
Acquire the necessary skills and basic knowledge in the preparation for high school.
